How Richmond met the brief:

Google coloured cocktails:

Red – Champagne with raspberry liquor and a raspberry garnish
Blue – Champagne with blue Curaco and a blueberry garnish
Yellow –Champagne with peach juice and peaches
Green – Champagne with green Midora and green cocktail cherries
Canapé trays decorated in Google colours with Google colours incorporated into the canapés

Table decoration - different styles of table centres, placed on alternate tables:

Clear glass goldfish bowls
Large martini glasses placed on mirrors, filled with Google coloured ice cubes and draped with Halloween bats
Dry ice bowls were also placed on each table to create a ‘smoky’ effect when guests entered the room
Linen napkins in the colours of the Google logo
Google coloured up lighters in the Banqueting Hall and Crypt
