Our executive chef combines old and new culinary concepts to develop seasonal specialities, traditional British classics and innovative gastronomic experiences. His goal is to craft sumptuous menus full of exciting of flavours and elegantly presented – food you can almost taste as you read.
We are always happy to tailor make a menu to match an imaginative theme or provide practical advice on suitable dish combinations.
Great drinks complement and enhance a great menu. Our Chief Executive, Barry Seaman, is a wine connoisseur and knows everything there is to know about wines from all over the world. He regularly attends master classes, tutored tastings and food and wine matching events with Decanter magazine. He enjoys sharing his expert knowledge to recommend the perfect wines and vintages to accompany your food.
