Richmond Creative Event Catering Appoints New Managing Director

Terry Hughes has joined the London-based corporate and private catering company, Richmond Creative Event Catering, as Managing Director.

Terry first joined Richmond in 2002 as Operations Manager when he was responsible for the management of operations and events for the company. He took a break in 2006 to return to the Dorchester Hotel in a senior food and beverage role and returned to Richmond in April 2009. He brings a wealth of additional hospitality experience with him gained at the Savoy, One Whitehall Place and the Institute of Electrical Engineers.

He will be responsible for the successful management and growth of Richmond Caterers overall, including Forty Hall Banqueting, events at Pewterers’ Hall and Greens, the hospitality for exclusive sporting and social events, equating to a turnover of approximately £2 million. Terry will work with the various teams at Richmond to build relationships with customers and suppliers and further increase quality and productivity throughout.
